【中文摘要】 本文采用液体摇瓶培养法,对灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)液体培养的适用碳、氮源,最适浓度及其最适发酵周期进行了探讨。结果表明,灵芝液体培养的适用碳源是玉米粉,适用氮源是黄豆饼粉,其最适浓度均为3%,最适发酵周期为108h。
【英文摘要】 The appropriate carbon and nitrogen source, their optimum concentrations, as well as the optimum fermentation period for Ganoderma lucidum in submerged culture with shake flask were studied. The results showed that the appropriate carbon source for Ganoderma lucidum in submerged culture was corn powder, the appropriate nitrogen source was soybean cake powder, the optimum concentration was 3 % resp., while the fermentation period was 108 hours.
