【中文摘要】 研究了7种药食兼用中药薏苡仁(Coix lachryma-jobi)、苦荞[Fagopyrum tataricum(L.) Gaertn]、桑叶(Morus albaL.)、银杏叶(Ginkgo biloba L.)、苦竹叶(Pleioblastus amarusKeng f.)、生姜(Zingiber officinale Rosc.)和枸杞(Lycium chinense Mill.)对灵芝菌丝生长和灵芝发酵产物活性成分的影响。研究结果表明,薏苡仁对灵芝菌丝生长和灵芝发酵产物清除自由基有促进作用。当薏苡仁添加浓度为6.6 g/L时,灵芝菌丝体生物量为10.4 g/L±0.4 g/L,比不加中药的对照高1.6 g/L±0.2 g/L;添加薏苡仁后,灵芝发酵产物对羟自由基(hydroxyl radical)、超氧阴离子(superoxide anion)和二苯代苦味酰肼(1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl, DPPH )的清除率分别为64.5%±0.8%, 38.5%±0.4%和56.5%±0.5%,比不加中药的对照高9.7%±0.4%、8.6%±0.2%和9.6...更多%±0.4%。高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)分析表明,添加薏苡仁的灵芝发酵产物中可能出现了新的活性成分。 还原
【英文摘要】 The effect of seven herbs [Coix lachryma-jobi,Fagopyrum tataricum(L.) Gaertn,Morus alba L.,Ginkgo biloba L.,Pleioblastus amarus Keng f.,Zingiber officinale Rosc.and Lycium chinense Mill.] on Ganoderma lucidum biomass production in submerged culture,and on the levels of free-radical scavenging fungal fermentation products in the spent culture fluid,was determined.Mycelial biomass was significantly higher in cultures supplemented with C.lachryma-jobi(10.4±0.4 g/L),F.tataricum(10.5±0.5 g/L),L.chinense(10.7±0.6 g/L) and Z.officinale(10.5±0.6 g/L) compared with unsupplemented controls(8.8±0.6 g/L).Highest increases in scavenging activity towards hydroxyl,superoxide anion and 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radicals were recorded in cultures supplemented with C.lachryma-jobi(64.5%±0.8%,38.5%±0.4%,and 56.5%±0.5%,respectively,compared with control levels of 54.8%±0.6%、29.9%±0.3%和46.9%±0.4%,respectively.Increased scavenging activity towards hydroxyl and DPPH radicals was also recorded in cult...更多ures supplemented with Z.officinale and M.alba,respectively.An additional peak was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) among the fermentation products in G.lucidum cultures supplemented with C.lachryma-jobi. 还原
