【摘要】 为探讨樟芝(Antrodia cinnamomea)发酵液冻干粉对CCl4诱发的大鼠慢性肝炎的作用,构建CCl4诱发的大鼠慢性肝炎模型,结果表明处理6周时樟芝发酵液冻干粉可明显降低血清谷草转氨酶(glutamicoxaloacetic transaminase,GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(glutamic pyruvic transaminase,GPT)的活性及白蛋白含量;第8周可增加血清白蛋白含量,明显减轻脾脏重量,增加肝脏蛋白质含量及降低肝脏含水量、脂质过氧化程度和羟脯氨酸含量。因此,樟芝发酵液冻干粉可以减轻CCl4所诱发的大鼠慢性肝炎症状。
【Abstract】 The protective effects of powdered freeze-dried fermentation broth(FDFB),prepared from submerged cultures of Antrodia cinnamomea,against carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced chronic hepatitis in rats are described.Doses of 20% CCl4(0.2 mL/100 g body weight) were administered to rats twice weekly(every Wednesday and Saturday) for eight consecutive weeks.Each rat was orally administered FDFB daily until the end of the experiment and one day prior to CCl4 administration.A significant decrease in elev...
