【摘要】 试验研究4种不同的母种培养基(PDA、PSA、PDA+木屑和PDA+K++Mg2+)和4种不同的原种、栽培种培养基(棉籽壳、棉籽壳+麦麸、木屑和木屑+麦麸)对野生灵芝菌种质量的影响,结果显示:在4种母种培养基上,菌丝的生长速度差异极显著,菌丝的粗度、疏密程度和生长势具有不同程度的差异,但菌丝的颜色均为白色,其中最佳母种培养基为PDA+木屑;在4种原种和栽培种培养基上,菌丝的生长速度差异极显著,菌丝的粗度、疏密程度和生长势具有不同程度的差异,但菌丝的颜色也均为白色。根据菌丝的生长速度、粗度、疏密程度、颜色和生长势,原种和栽培种最佳培养基均为:棉籽壳。
