【中文摘要】 羊肚菌液体摇瓶培养条件以及适用培养基的筛选研究表明,PYG培养基(含0.1％酵母提取物的PDA)合适的液体培养条件是:25℃,100r/min,装量100mL/500mL三角瓶,加10粒玻璃珠,pH7.5。正交实验筛选的摇瓶培养基组成为麦芽汁50％,玉米粉1.5％,酵母提取物0.5％,蔗糖1.5％,以此培养基为基础,筛选出4种生物量较高的液体培养基。
【英文摘要】 It was proved in selecting optimum medium for submerged culture of Morchella conica that the proper submerged culture conditions for PYG medium were 25℃, 100r/min, pH7.5, and 100mL liquid medium put in 500mL bottle with 10 glassballs, and that the constituents of shaking medium selected by orthogonal test were 50% malt extract, 1.5% com meal, 0.5% yeast extract plus 1.5% sucrose. Based on the medium selected, 4 groups of liquid medium with higher quantity of biomass were screened.
