【摘要】 以香菇939菌株、135菌株为亲本,利用原生质体单核化技术取得单核体,采用对称杂交和非对称杂交方法进行杂交,通过数年栽培试验筛选获得一株高产、高抗、短柄的新菌株——S605,审定名为"申香16号"。该品种改良了939菌柄偏长和135抗性差、产量不稳的不足,示范推广中表现出转潮快、产量高、易管理、优质菇比例高的突出特点,产生的经济效益显著,深得菇农喜爱,推广速度较快。
【Abstract】 Protoplast monokaryons prepared from Lentinula edodes,strains 939 and 135,were intercrossed using symmetric and asymmetric hybridization methods.Following test cultivations at different locations within Zhejiang Province,’Shenxiang 16’(S605) was selected from 79 hybrid offspring on the basis of improved characteristics including higher disease resistance compared to parental strain 135,improved fruit body morphology(shorter stipe) compared with parental strain 939,and enhanced fruit body yields ...
